Quality Control:

At TJ MOULD, quality assurance, control and monitoring procedures are built into each aspect of our work, which includes every step of our plastic mould making process.

To control incoming quality: all steel material and outsourcing components should be checked to ensure that all of them must meet the demands for the plastic mould strictly.

To control process quality: the machining and assembling process are all under strict control, QC team is built up to supervise and check the components tolerance in order to meet the demands.

To control product quality: once the completion of the plastic mould, a thorough check for the samples’ main dimensions to ensure plastic mould quality is perfect.
